Wolfram Research Celebrates Ten Years of Growth in Asia

December 3, 2004–Wolfram Research Asia Ltd. celebrates the tenth anniversary of its Japan-based offices this year, marking a new milestone in the continued growth and success of the direct sales and marketing liaison for Wolfram Research, Inc.

Over the past ten years, the company has directly served users of the world-renowned science and technology software system Mathematica in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. This strong, personal relationship between Wolfram Research, its local resellers, and the sophisticated Mathematica user community has fostered impressive long-term stability in the company’s large Asian markets.

As part of this powerful commitment, Wolfram Research manages a broad network of distributors throughout Asia who offer a fully customized line of products, including Japanese editions of Mathematica and CalculationCenter. Wolfram Research also provides live technical support to customers in Japanese and maintains www.wolfram.co.jp, the company’s Japanese website.
